ZENKAB（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に基づいて運営されています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは個人を特定する情報を直接収集しません。検索履歴や保存企業情報はすべてお使いのデバイス上にローカル保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

2. 広告について

本アプリの無料版ではGoogle AdMob（Google LLC提供）による広告を表示しています。AdMobは広告の配信・効果測定のために以下の情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。

• 広告識別子（IDFA）— ユーザーの許可が得られた場合のみ
• IPアドレス（おおまかな位置情報の推定に使用）
• デバイス情報（機種名、OS バージョン等）
• 広告の表示・クリックに関するデータ

これらの情報はGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に基づいて処理されます。

Proプラン（有料サブスクリプション）をご利用の場合、広告は表示されず、上記の広告関連データの収集も行われません。

3. トラッキングと同意

本アプリは広告のパーソナライズのためにAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークを使用します。広告識別子（IDFA）へのアクセスはユーザーの明示的な許可が必要です。許可しない場合でもアプリの全機能をご利用いただけますが、表示される広告がパーソナライズされなくなります。

4. EDINET APIとの通信

アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、金融庁EDINETのAPIおよびEDINET DB APIに対して通信を行います。送信されるのは検索クエリおよび企業コードのみであり、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。

5. データの保管

保存企業データおよびサブスクリプション情報はデバイス上に安全に保管されます。サブスクリプションの購入・決済はAppleのApp Store経由で安全に処理され、本アプリが決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。

6. アプリ内課金について

• 本アプリはProプラン（月額自動更新サブスクリプション）を提供しています。
• 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
• 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。
• サブスクリプションはご購入後、設定アプリ > Apple ID > サブスクリプションで管理・キャンセルできます。

7. 第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

• Google AdMob（広告配信）
• 金融庁 EDINET API（企業情報取得）

ZENKAB ("the App") respects your privacy and operates according to the following policy.

1. Information Collected

This app does not directly collect personally identifiable information. Search history and saved company data are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to the developer's servers.

2. Advertising

The free version of this app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may automatically collect the following information for ad delivery and measurement:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only when user permission is granted
• IP address (used for approximate location estimation)
• Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
• Ad impression and click data

This information is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

If you subscribe to the Pro Plan (paid subscription), no ads are displayed and none of the above advertising-related data is collected.

3. Tracking and Consent

This app uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework for ad personalization. Access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) requires explicit user permission. You can use all app features without granting permission, but ads may be less relevant.

4. Communication with EDINET API

The app communicates with the FSA's EDINET API and EDINET DB API as necessary for its functionality. Only search queries and company codes are transmitted; no personally identifiable information is included.

5. Data Storage

Saved company data and subscription information are securely stored on your device. Subscription purchases and payments are securely processed through Apple's App Store, and the app never accesses your payment information.

6. In-App Purchases

• This app offers a Pro Plan (monthly auto-renewable subscription).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
